1. Overview

Vedic Timing sells a one-time lifetime software licence for its Vedic Muhurta calculation tool, along with an optional digital setup service.

2. Free trial before purchase

Every user receives complimentary, full-featured Muhurta calculations after verifying their mobile number. During the trial you can test any event, scan date ranges, review daily auspicious and caution windows, and check how well the results match your expectations — all at no cost.

3. No refunds

Because you can fully evaluate the tool free of charge before paying, all purchases of the ₹3,000 Lifetime Access Licence and the optional ₹500 VIP API Setup are final, non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is completed. Digital access is granted instantly on payment and cannot be returned.

4. Cancellation

The licence is a single one-time payment with no subscription or auto-debit, so there is nothing recurring to cancel.

5. Duplicate or failed transactions

If you are charged twice for the same account due to a technical or payment-gateway error, or money is deducted without access being granted, contact us within 7 days with your registered mobile number and payment reference (UTR / UPI transaction ID or online payment ID). Once verified, the duplicate amount is returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
